Oura

Ask Italic how you slept, how ready you are and how active you've been, from your Oura Ring.

Coming soon: Oura shows in Connectors on the web and the Mac as Coming soon and isn't open to customers yet. The iPhone lists it only once it opens.

With Oura connected, chat can answer from what your Oura Ring measured, without opening the Oura app. Italic only reads: nothing in Oura changes.

Connect Oura

In Connectors on the web or the Mac, choose Oura. On the iPhone, open Profile → Connectors → Oura. Choose Connect Oura account, then sign in to Oura and allow Italic's access. The account is listed by its email.

What Italic can do

  • Read your sleep, readiness, activity, stress, blood oxygen and resilience, day by day, up to a month at a time.
  • Read the workouts Oura recorded.

Try "How did I sleep last night?", "How ready am I today?" or "Compare my steps this week with last week." Oura dates a night's sleep by the morning it ends.

If you left something out on Oura's screen when you connected, Italic reads the rest and says what it couldn't see. Connect again and allow it to fix that.

What Italic can't do

Italic can't change anything in Oura or read your heart rate minute by minute, and Oura doesn't work in workflows.

Permission

Oura's permission is On or Off. Italic reads Oura in chat when you ask about it; Off stops it.

Remove an account

Choose Remove beside an account to revoke Italic's access at Oura.
